Kelly Sant is a registered dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and Dietitians of Canada who is focusing her practice on sports nutrition and disordered eating.
As a former figure skater, ballroom dancer and certified figure skating coach for many years, Kelly has always had a passion for sports and being active. Her experiences give her the understanding of the physical and mental strength needed for training and competing. As a registered dietitian, she knows that nutrition is a key component to the achievements of an athlete.
Her mission is to be client focused, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs and goals or pivoting when required to get results. Kelly’s dietetic career has seen her working with individuals from newborn to early adulthood in two hospital settings and is now focusing more on seeing individuals meet their maximum athletic performance, and management through stages of life.
Kelly is a registered dietitian whom has focused on sports nutrition, working with active individuals to fuel their bodies, boost performance, and recover effectively. She take a practical, personalized approach to nutrition, making it easier for clients to build sustainable habits that support both their fitness goals and overall well-being, regardless of their competition level or age.
Kelly is also passionate about supporting women through menopause. Experiencing this phase herself, she brings both clinical expertise and personal understanding to her practice. She helps women navigate hormonal changes, support bone and heart health, manage weight, and feel their best with realistic, evidence-based nutrition strategies. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored—empowering women to thrive, not just cope, during menopause and beyond.
