Kelly Spence, RD

Kelly Spence is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario who is passionate about education, client-centred care, especially as it relates to athletes, sports nutrition, disordered eating, and cardiovascular health.  She is offering VIRTUAL and IN-PERSON nutritional services in through our Ottawa/Nepean clinic.

Registered Dietitian 

Kelly Spence is a registered dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario (CDO) and a registered kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Kelly focuses her practice on medical nutrition therapy for a variety of diseases and disorders and also strives to help people heal their relationship with food/body and exercise.

Additionally, Kelly is a certified sports dietitian with the International Olympic Committee and has worked with athletes of all levels to assist in optimizing performance as well as preventing and treating REDs. She brings her knowledge, experience and exercise science and nutrition skills to the clinic, in order to provide individualized care to persons in need.

She is always striving to improve her knowledge, counseling and clinical skills through continuing education courses, to better help her clients and Ottawa area residents.
