Sophia Park McKenna

Sophia is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO). Sophia focuses her physiotherapy practice on sports, orthopaedic, and women's health rehabilitation. Her evidence-based practice focus and hands-on care approach, helps her develop individualized treatment plans. Sophia has a keen interest & history in treating dancers and women's health conditions.

Sophia Park McKenna is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Ontario (CPO), focusing her practice in Orthopaedic Sport injuries and Pain Management. Sophia is a member of Orthopaedic division and Acupuncture and Dry Needling division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

She brings her broad range of experience in South Korea, the U.S, and Canada to the clinic to provide quality of care and patient centered care. Her treatment approach is manual therapy, integrated dry needling, and individualized exercise programs through optimum evaluation and assessment and clinical reasoning.

Sophia thrives to improve her knowledge and stay updated on current trends in Physiotherapy to contribute to the community in Ottawa area.   As a past competitive dancer herself, Sophia loves treating dancers, young and old, as well as the general public.
