Victoria Goodman graduated from McMaster University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She is a Pelvic Physiotherapist and Nepean Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy Centre.

Victoria Goodman graduated from McMaster University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she completed her M.Sc. in Global Health and Development at University College London and her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Victoria has completed several post-graduate training courses in pelvic physiotherapy, neurokinetic therapy, soft tissue release techniques, acupuncture, orthopaedic manual therapy, spinal cord injury management, and athletic taping. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Orthopaedic, Neurosciences, Pain Science and Sports Physiotherapy divisions of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Victoria’s approach to physiotherapy treatment involves empowering patients through collaborative goal-setting and the use of manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and therapeutic exercises to promote wellness. She is a firm believer in evidence-based practice and strives to combine the best available evidence with clinical experience and patient goals to create holistic rehabilitation programs that are both effective and fun. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys hiking with her dog, lifting weights, cycling, and traveling abroad.
