Susan Macfarlane, MScA, RD is a Registered Dietitian who believes that healthy eating means choosing foods that nourish the body and satisfy the palate.
She is passionate about helping people reach their health and wellness goals by supporting the creation of new habits and skills that lead to a way of eating that is healthful, enjoyable, and sustainable.

Susan has worked with several media outlets, including Global News Toronto, the Ottawa Citizen, Yahoo Style Canada, and 1310 News. She has also done live segments with both CTV Ottawa and Rogers Daytime.
Susan leads an active plant-based lifestyle, participating in everything from Ultimate Frisbee to yoga; snowboarding to weight training. She enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with raw desserts and loves everything cat-related!
Susan joined the Nepean Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy Centre in 2017 and is excited to grow her practice as part of the team.
